With folios 65 and 66 of the sketchbook (D05682, D05683) this is a view of the ruins of Robertsbridge Abbey, a Cistercian house founded in 1176. The ruins stand a short distance east of Robertsbridge, near the River Rother.
The leaf is stained, and repaired at the bottom left corner.
