Join a special after-hours tour of the Lynette Yiadom-Boakye exhibition

Led by Director of Exhibitions and Displays, Dr Andrea Schlieker, explore the most extensive exhibition of the artist’s work to date. Discussing key works of over 70 paintings, expect behind the scenes insights into the planning of the exhibition during this intimate tour.

Participants will have the opportunity for a private view of the exhibition after the tour finishes at 19.30.

Dr Andrea Schlieker is Director of Exhibitions and Displays and has worked at Tate Britain since 2018. With Dr Isabella Maidment, she is co-curator of Lynette Yiadom-Boakye’s exhibition. Recently she curated Cornelia Parker’s survey exhibition, 2022. She is currently working on a major new commission for the Manton Foyer, to be completed in spring 2023.

Tate Britain's step-free entrance is on Atterbury Street. It has automatic sliding doors and there is a ramp down to the entrance with central handrails.

The Exhibition is on the Main floor of the gallery. There is a lift to the main floor, or alternatively you can take the stairs

  • Accessible, standard and Changing Places toilets are located on the Lower floor.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the ticket desk on the Lower floor.
