Listen to and discuss a selection of key Warhol-related tracks

Andy Warhol had a long engagement with musicians. He managed The Velvet Underground, designed album covers for The Rolling Stones and Aretha Franklin, and made portraits of singers such as Debbie Harry. This special event celebrates Warhol’s love of music and his continued influence on stars today.

Join guests, including The Guardian’s arts editor Alex Needham and critic Gilda Williams, as they listen to a curated playlist of Warhol-related tracks and discuss the relationship between music and his artwork.

With an additional ticket, attendees can enjoy a private view of the Andy Warhol exhibition after the event.
