Join Nicholas Fox Weber for an illustrated presentation on Anni Albers's work and life

Based on their close friendship and professional relationship of nearly a quarter of a century, Weber shares a sense of Albers's remarkable courage and tenacity, her humour, and her rigor. He also discusses her personal relationships, first with her parents, then with Josef and other friends and colleagues, and the impact of the personal on the professional for this uniquely inventive and pioneering artist. Following the lecture, Nicholas Fox Weber will be joined for a conversation by curators of the exhibition Ann Coxon and Briony Fer.

This event has been provided by Tate Foundation on behalf of Tate Enterprises LTD.
