Join an audio-described experience of this genre-bending performance

We are pleased to offer discounted audio-described tickets for visitors with visual impairments attending Composition V (rebellious birds).

Upon arrival, our team will warmly welcome you and guide you to the McAulay Studio, where you can enjoy complimentary refreshments, including hot drinks and sweet treats. This will be hosted by the describer, whose voice you will hear through your headset during the performance, along with members of our team.

Before the show begins, you’ll have the chance to handle items related to the production and, if time allows, meet some of the performers. Following the stage tour, our team will guide you to your seats. The describer will provide a brief introduction before delivering live audio descriptions of the performance via your headset.

At the end of the performance, our team will accompany you to the exit to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Theatre Picasso is presented in The George Economou Gallery. In partnership with White & Case. Also supported by the Huo Family Foundation. With additional support from The Theatre Picasso Exhibition Supporters Circle, Tate Americas Foundation and Tate Members. Staged by Wu Tsang and Enrique Fuenteblanca with the collaboration of exhibition designer Lucie Rebeyrol from the studio Roll.

Ear defenders will be available for those who would like them. Spaces will be reserved for wheelchair users and companions. Please let us know if you would like a space reserved for you. You will be seated for the performance. Seats are hard, some of which have arms for additional support. The performance takes place in the South Tank, on Level 0 of the Blavatnik Building at Tate Modern. Entrance is via the Turbine Hall entrance on Holland Street.
