Drop in and work alongside artist Aaron McPeake to create a collective audio description of his work

How would you describe what a sculpture looks like, sounds like and feels like?

Sculptor Aaron McPeake invites you to join him in this workshop to play with explanation. Work alongside the artist in thinking of ways to describe the art objects he makes.

Aaron McPeake is a visual artist from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He works in a variety of media, from bronze casting to film, photography and sound.

In his work McPeake places emphasis on the possibility for many types of readings, and he views the process of making art as akin to writing poetry – where the visual imagination is integral to both its making and its reception.

This event is programmed by Shape Arts, a Tate Exchange Associate.
