Description: Letter from Vanessa Bell, 46 Gordon Square, Bloomsbury, London, to Duncan Grant, Cambridge. She is preparing for the Friday Club fancy dress ball that evening. She encourages Grant to complete his work at Cambridge in order to concentrate on the upcoming Grafton Group exhibition; she feels her own painting has deteriorated since working at the Omega Workshops. Also mentions Roger Fry, Winnie Gill, Desmond MacCarthy, and Sylvia Milman.
