Description
Letter from Vanessa Bell, 23 Framlington Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, to Duncan Grant, written on 16 and 17 April, and originally enclosing a cheque for Grace Germany. She is staying with Quentin and Anne Olivier Bell, their children Julian and Virginia, and Grant and Bell's grand-niece Henrietta Garnett. She discusses painting with Quentin in his rooms at King's College from the model, and also mentions Clive Bell and Barbara Hiles ('B').
