Description
This letter sent by Barbara Hepworth to Margaret Gardiner concerns personal news. Hepworth writes about having salmonella on top of shingles and feeling very weak and thin, she mentions that Priaulx Rainer has been helping her. Hepworth also writes about her difficulties with Nicholson and his upcoming residency. Hepworth also writes about her work and says that even if she is ill she feels 'on top of the world' and says that she gained 'clarity and intensity of vision' and is excited to carve again.
