- Unsigned typescript document entitled 'Proposed Letter' beginning: 'Some members of the Courtauld Institute have formed a group with the idea of furthering the teaching and appreciation of art'. A proposed list of lectures and additional meeting minutes/agenda (dated Nov 1939) are attached.
This group was presumably the beginning of what became the Arts Lecture Group.
