Ink and graphite on paper, 406 × 254 mm

Blue cover printed 'Winsor and Newton Swift lay-out Series 47'. Contains one slight study for an unrealised sculpture. Also contains a list of reasons, compiled by Robert and Patricia Adams, for and against moving from London to either St Ives or Essex. Inserted into the sketchbook are property details from estate agent James Lanham of land for sale at Lelant, St Ives. On the reverse are details of a chapel at Morvah.
