- Lipchitz thanks the president of 'commission des Beaux-Arts du Palais de la Decouverte' for the additional allowance of 15,000 francs for his commission. Now he looks forward to cooperating with Mr Madeleine, the architect of the 'Grand Palais' to make a decision about the final maquette as soon as possible.
