Description
The letter concerns Epstein's work, mentioning 'Venus', the 'C.L.D.' conferred on him at Oxford [University], his dislike of Morrison, Steel, and Maxwell-Fyfe, the Philadelphia commission is coming to an end and that he has been asked by a University [name illegible] to do a large work. The letter also mentions that Jackie is likely to be called up, that it rained for the Coronation, he is holding a show at the Leicester Galleries in London, and he is doing portraits of two New York girls.
