- This file contains mounted paintings of abstract and figurative subjects. Some of these items appear to be from series of paintings which Williams worked on including his 'Dark Nude' series and his series of paintings of tropical birds. All of the paintings in this file were selected for display in an exhibition of Aubrey Williams' works at the Tate Gallery in 2007. In preparation for the exhibition the works were mounted in cardboard frames. The paintings were originally in files TGA 200112/1/1-7 and now form an artificial file.
