Technique and condition
The image is painted in watercolour on cream wove paper. The work is in good condition. A slight yellowing of the paper from acidic migration is visible on the verso.
On acquisition residual paper and adhesive on the sheet edges were removed. The work was inlaid and mounted onto white museum board.
