A watercolour of this subject showing the parish church of St Peter and Aylesford’s medieval bridge, probably made for a pupil to copy, is Tate D00864 (Turner Bequest XXXII H). Turner made a drawing of the bridge alone on folio 73 recto (D00634; Turner Bequest XXVI 76), and another view at Aylesford is on folio 75 verso (D00637; Turner Bequest XXVI 78v).
The drawing was made with the page turned horizontally.
Blank; inscribed, not by Turner, in pencil ‘4’; stamped in brown ink with Turner Bequest monogram.
