Moving Pictures: Artists’ Films from the Film London Jarman Award

Taking place at Tate Britain, this film screening and panel discussion is the UK launch of the international touring programme presented by the British Council and Film London Artists’ Moving Image Network (FLAMIN). Moving Pictures brings together 18 filmmakers who have been nominated for the Film London Jarman Award over the past seven years. The launch is a celebration of this collaboration with a screening of selected works from the tour.

Artists Rachel Maclean and Karen Mirza will be joined by Jamie Wyld, curator and Director of videoclub, and Maria Palacios Cruz, curator and Deputy Director of LUX, for a panel discussion chaired by Gary Thomas, Programme Manager British Council Film, on British moving image work in an international context.
