Hear children's author Aida H Dee The Storytime Drag Queen tell stories in the galleries!

Join @DragQueenStoryHourUK for an exciting Pop-up in the galleries this February half-term. Hear fabulous stories in an exciting storytime show from Aida, the first drag artist in Europe to read stories to children in a nursery.

Aida H Dee is an ADHD, neurodivergent, queer hero of literature, theatre, and children's entertainment. She is a patron of Autistic Inclusive Meets London, a professional author, a five star Edinburgh Fringe act, has been featured on Forbes Magazine for being an activist for neurodivergence, and has recently been awarded Local Leader Of The Year in 2022 by PinkNews.

Tate Britain's step-free entrance is on Atterbury Street. It has automatic sliding doors and there is a ramp down to the entrance with central handrails.

There is a lift between the Lower and Main floors. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Accessible and standard toilets are located on the Lower floor.
  • A Changing Places toilet is not currently available.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the ticket desk on the Lower floor.
