Description
Two pages (pages one and two) of a printed section of text, mounted on board, regarding the framework of the development of new towns such as Peterlee. This section of text is concerned with the creation of Development Corporations, the New Town Act, 1946, and a government commissioned committee, under the chairmanship of Lord Reith, to provide guiding principles to be followed when creating new towns.
