Creative Access
Creative Access is a social enterprise dedicated to opening up access and providing career-long support for individuals from historically under-represented groups in the creative industries. They work with over 1,000 employers across film, TV, theatre, museums and galleries, PR, advertising, publishing, and beyond on recruitment, mentoring and training.
Dazed Club
Launched in 2022, Dazed Club is a worldwide community of 14,000+ young people aged 18-24, brought together by a love of Dazed, and a desire to break into the creative industries, create their own work and belong to a community.
Their community comes together on the Dazed Club app, at IRL events including talks, exhibitions and screenings, and through content platforming their work on our channels.
UAL: Creative Shift
Creative Shift delivers a programme of opportunities, working closely with industry partners to enhance students’ experience and professional development.
Their offers are student and staff facing and both in-curriculum and extra-curricular. Creative Shift focusses on working with students from underrepresented backgrounds, providing experiential opportunities to support their creative journeys.

Creative Lives in Progress is a creative careers resource transforming how emerging talent access, understand and connect with the industry. Through practical advice, articles, entry-level opportunities and events, it works to improve transparency and representation across the creative working world.

Working Class Creatives is an arts organisation that confronts class based issues within creative industries. They facilitate a space that puts working-class creatives at the forefront; A space for conversation, connections, and sharing of opportunities, skills, and knowledge.

Wingshan
Wingshan is an artist and curator based in Nottingham whose work has spanned artist development, collective practice and alternative forms of learning. Since 2018, she has initiated and been part of several artist collectives rooted in mutual support, most notably Chaos Magic, an artist-led project space and peer network she led from 2020–24. She also produced Future of Futures at Nottingham Contemporary, a year-long young people’s collective project, and later worked as Artist Development Curator at Freelands Foundation.

Jasmine & Decarla
Jasmine & Decarla curates interactive knowledge exchange to cultivate communal imagining. Our interdisciplinary research combines meandering storytelling and archival exploration, often embodied through workshops, artworks and experiences. Jasmine & Decarla acts as a connector so others can claim space in the worlds we collectively unearth.
Adeche Atelier
Adwoa Botchey and Solomon Adebiyi are the multi-award-winning creative couple behind Adeche Atelier, a research-driven studio that reimagines African mythology, folklore, and spirituality for modern audiences. Winners of the ITV bCreator Awards: Canon Best Original Content Creator and recipients of the All Things Africa Cultural Vanguard Award, they are celebrated for advancing cultural literacy and championing overlooked narratives. Their work blends fine art, education, and social media content.
Amelia Oakley
Amelia has been Curator: Youth Programmes at Whitechapel Gallery since 2021. She looks after the Gallery’s youth work including its flagship youth collective Duchamp & Sons, and other opportunities focused on supporting the creative development of young people through collaboration and co-curation. Her work centres on creating spaces rooted in joy, non-hierarchical organising structures, and championing exploratory learning and experimentation. She believes in the power of youth work to reimagine our world.
Lucy McVeigh
Lucy McVeigh is a Producer at the V&A East with 10 years’ experience as a Youth Worker. At V&A East, Lucy oversees the Youth Collective and strives to break down barriers to accessibility in the arts. As part of the Learning & Engagement team, she works with young and under-represented audiences. Lucy cares passionately about amplifying youth voice and underpinning her work with young people with the principles of Trauma Informed Practice and radical safeguarding.
Nancy Hitzig
Nancy Hitzig (she/her) is the Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships at the Design Museum and brings with her a world of global senior leadership and fundraising experience. As a consultant and facilitator, Nancy supported over 1,000 grassroots organisations and individuals to find innovative solutions in challenging times.
