Based at New Covent Garden Market in south London, MOMO brews kombucha the traditional way. Their small-batch, unfiltered drinks are known for their depth and balance. For Tate, they’ve created a special Coffee Kombucha inspired by Matisse’s idea that colours must react on one another. It begins with a light sencha tea, blended with Rwandan coffee sourced through Coffee by Tate’s Gender Equality Project. Roasted on the grounds of Tate Britain, this vibrant brew celebrates 25 years of Tate Modern.
100 Hills is a small winery in Oxfordshire, creating sparkling wine with precision and care. Each bottle is made from hand-harvested grapes and aged on the lees for at least 30 months. Their wines are served in some of the UK’s best restaurants and have earned a reputation for quality and clarity.
Tom Oliver has been making cider in Herefordshire for over 20 years. Known for wild fermentation and a focus on local fruit, Oliver’s Cider is complex, dry, and full of character. Tom’s work has helped shape a new generation of cider makers across the UK.
