Entry to the gallery remains free for everyone, with a charge for some exhibitions. All visitors, including Members, will need to book a timed ticket online before visiting. There are one-way routes around the gallery, guiding you through rooms in the collection.

Yes we’re asking all visitors to book a timed ticket online in advance. This is so we can manage the number of people in the galleries at any one time and ensure everyone can keep a safe distance.
There are no family programmes running at the moment. This is so we can follow social distancing measures safely.
Yes, as always, we welcome visitors with young children and buggies to come and enjoy the galleries.
Please note that our cloakroom is currently closed so you will not be able to leave it there.
Baby changing facilities are available on the lower floor near the Djanogly Café and near the Auditorium in the Clore Gallery.
All cloakrooms are currently closed. Please try and avoid bringing bulky coats and bags to the galleries. Bags and other items over cabin bag size are not permitted at all.
There are no self-service lockers at Tate Britain.
