This time we’re joined by the renowned Bar Brutal from Barcelona and London’s Midland.
This unique event celebrates the vibrant world of natural wines, showcasing an exquisite selection that is not easily found in the UK. The chefs from Bar Brutal have carefully curated a menu that beautifully complements the wine list. Each dish is designed to enhance the natural flavours of the wines whilst celebrating the finest ingredients from the Mediterranean.
As the night unfolds, enjoy curated sounds by Midland, whose sets effortlessly blend genres, setting the perfect backdrop to the evening. Tickets for later entry are also now booking, where a selection of small plates will be available to buy (until 22.30), allowing everyone to enjoy Bar Brutal’s legendary dishes.
Inspired by the rich and fertile creative terrain where food, music and experience overlap, each pairing is a one-off, unique to that time and place and the audience who’s there to experience it. At its heart the idea is simple: put talented people together from complementary disciplines and watch as the magic unfolds, with co-created menus and soundtracks weaving together shared influences.
