Entry remains free for everyone, with a charge for some exhibitions. All visitors, including Members, need to book a timed ticket online before visiting. There are one-way routes around the gallery, guiding you through rooms in the collection. Each route offers access to toilets, a shop and an opportunity to buy food and drink.
Please only visit with people from your household or support bubble (maximum group size six). All visitors are required to wear face coverings in our galleries, apart from those who are exempt.

The Tate Boat runs along the Thames between Tate Modern and Tate Britain. Other river services run between Millbank Pier and Bankside Pier. For the latest timetable, check the Thames Clippers website.
A drop off / pick up point is situated on Holland Street, just outside the main entrance.
There are no parking facilities at Tate Modern or in the surrounding streets. Public transport is the easiest way of getting to the gallery.

Tate Modern is currently operating one-way routes to ensure the safety of all visitors, colleagues and volunteers.
All one-way routes have step-free access and entry is via the Turbine Hall ramp and exit via Level 1. Visitors may need to queue at various points in the building to ensure social distance can be maintained. If you are unable to queue, please speak to a member of the team.
